Thank you for choosing Connectree – the AI-Powered Trust-Based Business Ecosystem. Please read this refund policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
1. No Refunds After Onboarding and Service Activation
Connectree operates on a service-based model. Once a company has successfully onboarded, completed the registration process, and made payment, it is considered final and non-refundable, including:
- Chapter Membership
- Premium Plans
- Escrow Service Fees
We do this because:
- Immediate Access to Services & Features
- Instant Service Activation
- Digital Products Cannot Be Returned
2. Exceptions (As per Indian Consumer Law)
Refunds may be considered under exceptional cases such as:
- Deficiency in Service: If core features do not work as advertised and cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe.
- Technical Faults: If you cannot access paid services due to platform issues.
- Misrepresentation: If services are significantly different from those advertised.
- Duplicate Payment: Only the duplicate transaction will be refunded.
3. No Refunds for the Following:
- Change of mind or strategy
- Poor business outcomes or leads
- Underutilization of features
- Offline chapter conflicts
- Delays outside Connectree’s platform
4. Submitting a Refund Request
Requests must be made within 7 days of the issue/payment date.

- Reason why it falls under the exceptions
Connectree will review and respond on a case-by-case basis.
5. Escrow-Based Transactions
For escrow transactions, the refund terms are governed by the digital agreement between the provider and client. Platform fees for escrow handling are non-refundable after service start confirmation.
